Carol graduated from The University of South Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, received her Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from FIT, and has been licensed as a State of Florida C.P.A. since 1986.
Carol is a member of The AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), The GFOA (Government Finance Officers Association), The IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors), ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association), and ASBO (Association of School Business Officers).
